A Fireproof Life

- morning train (Mel, me, Ki, Katherine and Cathy): fun fun fun. Ki introduced me to Katherine, who's doing education 1st year. I found out that she lives in Springy, which is pretty close to me and has to travel very far everyday. Good endurance man! Laughter, eating and chatting >> what can make a better train ride?

-morning lecture: AV looked like a burgular at the start with a beanie on lol. Haha, but overall, not a bad lecture.

- morning /arvo: no prac class until arvo...so went home to eat and watch ep 22 of Fated to love you in chinese haha

- arvo prac: more pictures to draw, more random labelling and an attack by Mel and Damo!! I drew a vein and suddenly, from both sides, my drawing gets attacked. This is the final product: Sigh...reminds me of several spinal cord vertebra that were transformed into bunnies and butts last week. Good prac. Ally gave us a ride home and we talked about a ski trip to Mt Baw Baw...excited!!

- photocopying: well we were photocopying sth big. Borrowed Nhat's guild card..when i went to credit the card, the lady said a new card had to be issued and i had to sign the new card. I was oh no...i cant sign for Nhat. So i quickly wrote "N. Tran" and the lady was ok with it. hehe. So Lorry, Anna, Damo, Mel and I sat beside the photocopier while it photocopied. Lorry decided to tell us ghost stories...some were pretty creepy, esp the ones that happened to Lorry himself. There was one he told that happened in the streets opposite Novotel (in Glen Waverley), where Sam, David and Helen lives. It creeped me out!! Then Yan popped up halfway and we sat there until it was time for LARHC meeting.

-LARHC meeting: coffee (made by Damo-i hope i dont get diabetes) // elections: Doey = secretary, Damo = Dent rep, Ally = NSRHC junior rep // Pizza // short rural health doco

- Tute questions: Damo, Yan and Mel came over to cook pancakes. Partial failure >> a discus was made. 3.5 eatable pancakes were made haha. But the pancakes were quite nice. We started our tute questions. At first it was slow going, Yan making heaps of funny comments. Later when Yan left, we picked up the pace and got slightly distracted by the burninator and other random vids. Complement proteins made me a little stuck..with absolutely no help from the other 2 at all haha.


- Morning: Watched dramas again until tute class.

- Tute: One of the tasks was to do an oral report on how the immune system responds to a certain bacteria. Our group (Anji, Damo, Me, Yan and Mel) got thrush lol. And we made the only guy in the group do the oral LOL!! Damo was very nervous and slightly embarrased but it was great fun. Ally so guessed he was set up cuz i was laughing so hard XD.

- Clinical Prac: didnt do much. Pretty boring lecture. Borrowed Yan's Jap dictionary and wrote random words and phrases. Also watched Nhat do a little photoshopping.

- Lunch and Bball: We had about a 1.5 hrs break. So after lunch and Damo's birthday planning, we headed off to the gym to play Bball with the group. There were heaps of dent people playing and it was pretty fun and good exercise.

- Oral Health lecture: It was interesting. Terri, the lecturer, is not bad >> she tells jokes (purpose of pili/cilli on bacteria: so that they can comb it back to look more attractive LAWL) and actually explains everything quite clearly.

- Badminton: Yuin invited me to baddy. Went there with Mel and met Henry. Also met Bruce and Jason, who are 2nd yr pharm students, both from Melb and live quite near to me. Was playing with Mel most of the time. When we had to leave, Yuin suddenly appeared, thinkning it was 6pm but in fact it was 7pm LOL.

- Dancing: Henry, Nhat, Damo, Ken, David Trinh, Ally, Me, Mel and Yan all went dancing. We learnt a few new dances and i must say, it gets easier to learnt and memorise the more times you learn. I must say, we all got heaps better. Nhat's still randomly saying "rock, rock, 1,2,3" every now and then hehe.


- Morning prac class: decided to have a bit of practice and go to the oral health prac class in the morning. I woke up at 8am and thought it started at 8:30. Ahh...i rushed out of the house and txted Damo, asking if he was walking. He replied saying that he would walk at 8:30, hmmm, maybe he just woke up. So i rushed off to uni and when i reached the classroom, i reallised it starts at 9am. Silly me. So, i spent time in the library streaming youtube hehe. I then forgot about the time and went to prac class late and there ended up being no space left....sigh. Doesn't matter, cuz Nhat, Damo and I went to the library to do the oral health prac questions. Damo and I got the whole thing done w00t. Watched a bit to Dr Tran and Code Geass. Later, Yan, Ken and Lorry showed up and we studied/watched anime and drama/surf the net until lunchtime.

-Arvo: After lunch, we tried getting into the arvo prac class but got rejected again argh! Nhat drove me and Damo back to halls. Nhat went to Damo's room and caught up on Code Geass until ep 8 which is where i was up to. I watch ep 8 - 12 with them. lol, ep 11/12 is hillarious!!

- Soccer: Ally called up and invited us to soccer. Ki, Marianne, Annie, Nhat, Damo, Ally's friend (soz i forgot the name), Anji, Ally and myself played. Good good workout. Several funny moments but a great game overall.

- Dinner: Cooked hoisin chicken, tomato wombok and rice. ate while watching Virgin Snow, a korean/japanese movie.

- Code Geass: After dinner, went over to Ken's room. Nhat, Damo, Doey and myself went on a Code Geass marathon (ep 13-18). there was this one scene that made up laugh heaps LOL! Halfway, Sarah popped in to discuss birthday plans. Also, we got hungry and so Nhat and I went to Maccas in the city to get 60 nuggets (Mel style). The operator was "6 nuggets, ok". Nhat then said "60, six zero" lol. I think we held up the line a bit haha. Nevertheless, nuggets were eaten and more code geass was watched. Now we are all up to date.

- Post code geass: Ken, Nhat and Roman went to play Dota whilst Doey, Damo and I tried to figure out the bottom layer of the rubik's cube. I finally got it, i can do it :P. Damo, then pretended to be me to David Trinh, Yan and Grace. As if I write "ALL HAIL BRITANNIA" on msn. And he sent me 20+ email messages sigh. I liked the last one tho...very funny and absolutely random!


- Morning: got up at about 9am and played games on fb for ages. haha.

- Badminton: Yeh, baddy again today with Ally, Nhat, Damian, Ken, Harri, Henry, Yuin, Ki, Doey, Yan, Amanda, Jason. Damo came to my place early, cuz court was booked from 1 onwards. Baddy was good fun again, played a few games. Once again, being typical Damo, he stood there and let the ball hit him or the ground sigh. Ki, once again, is really good...have to work on getting her smashes. But other than that, a good solid 2.5hrs of workout.

- Pancake paradise: Didnt have anything to eat that whole day. We all went to pancake paradise after to eat. It was an all you can eat for 2hrs for $8. And there is a free $20 voucher for the person who eats 21 pancakes. At first everyone was very optimistic, but by the time we got to 5 pancakes...ugh. Yuin tho, did manage to finish 11 pancakes wow!! I ate 9 pancakes and beat Damian hehe. Pancake with ice cream is very nice :P. Nhat's ice coffee and Harri's spider looked nice too. Haha overall, we were all super full.

- Night: Nhat can over to play the brain game on computer for a while then later we went to Ken's room. Strange convo going on between the guys. I had to go back to my place but later went out with Nhat, Damo, Henry and Doey to maccas (again) to buy food. Later, they all came back to my place, along with Yan and Amanda, to eat and watch olympics. Rest of night was spent watching "stuff" lol.
